S.E.A. - Sail and Camp
Forest
Ecology, hiking and camping skills are another offered component to our
active outdoor pursuits program. In the afternoon , as a part of the
overall activities, there is an opportunity for watch groups to experience
secluded Provincial Marine Parks, walk through coastal forests, and learn
basic camping skills. Exploring the Gulf Islands with our enthusiastic
guide can highlight and incorporate tide pool studies, intertidal zonation,
natural and cultural history. In the evening the students that are ashore
camp with a group leader. All of the shore activities meet or exceed the
requirement that learning during S.E.A. -ShoreLife is safe, effective and
fun.
