RATES AND BOOKINGS

Our rate structure is very simple and easy to calculate. The rates are $140.00 plus G.S.T. per Student, per day, based upon 13 Students participating. A Surcharge of $5.00 per Student, per day will be applied for each Student less than 13 per boat..

- First, we require a deposit of $1000.00 per Vessel to secure a booking date.

-Second, we require a 20% payment by Dec 31, preceding to the booking date.

-Third, we require Final payment no later than 60 days preceding departure (or Dec 31 whichever is the later). Final payment to include 7% G.S.T., plus a $1000, refundable, damage deposit (by separate cheque which will be held and not cashed unless needed).

Late payments may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or booking, at the discretion of S.E.A. Programs inc.

An adult resource person either teacher or parent, nominated by the school will be provided accommodation on each vessel free of charge. Once your application is received, a familiarization package (for new clients) will be forwarded, including detailed information on sample itineraries (as we go where the wind takes us), gear list, and medical form.
